Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for most payment methods. Deposits are typically processed instantly. GW99APK does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently voided due to event cancellation, abandonment, or insufficient play will be refunded at the original stake value.

9 Prohibited Activities

10 Account Suspension & Closure

GW99APK reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC; inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at the player's own request.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms breach, GW99APK reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds. Real Money Balance (genuine deposits net of any disputed amounts) will be returned to the player's verified payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance review, which may take up to 30 business days.

11 Responsible Gambling

12 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
